A delicately sweet rose sparkling wine obtained with the Charmat method. Pale rose color and a delicate and persistent bouquet with an elegant perlage. by Monsieur Touton Selection, 2012. Tasting notes Color: Rose. Perlage: Fine and persistent. Nose: Intense and delicate, sometimes it presents sage signs. Palate: Sweet, velvety and intense. Food pairing It goes well with fruits and desserts. Sparkling process The sparkling process is carried out with a second controlled fermentation in tank. Vineyard White and Pink Moscato. Vinification The grapes, manually picked, are immediately pressed and their must, filtered and refrigerated, is conserved at a low temperature until the following fermentation phase in order to preserve the freshness of its bouquet.
