Layers of oak complement the tropical fruit flavors of the Carneros appellation. Our wine is dry, full and very rich but retains refreshing acidity to keep the wine well balanced. Traditional Burgundian techniques of barrel fermentation, weekly lees stirring and secondary malo-lactic fermentation increase complexity and richness. The wine drinks beautifully in its youth and will gain aromatic and flavor complexity with additional age. Min. $30 order for delivery. Must be 21 or older to order or receive wine.
