Hi ....we attended the service for Irene Krotzer yesterday coming from Stuart which was a hassle free trip that only took 1 1/2 hours. Although we were not able to go to the burial in Lakeland, I wanted to let you know how nice I thought the service was....and thank you also for the recommendation of florists....I couldn't get over how nice the flowers were and the size. beautiful arrangements. Ladonna has been a pleasant person to work with and even recognizes my voice and knows
my first name when I call in for flowers. Being from "up north" in New Jersey, we had a flower shop called The Flower Cart

I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU. The individual who passed away was the father of one of my brother's best friends. My brother was en route to Knoxville yesterday when he realized he'd forgotten to send flowers and he called me for help. I told him that I had been referred to you by the funeral home and that you were technically closed yesterday and still went in to get the RUSH job done and flowers out to the church before the services. To say that you took customer satisfaction to a new level would be an understatement. All I can say is WOW. I was truly blown away and when I told my brother the story, so was he. So a big THANK YOU once more. Wish you were local, I'd use you all the time:-)

I don't live in Florida but my mother-in-law does. I ordered flowers for her for Mother's Day and hoped for the best. You never know what you will get when you order flowers over the telephone! My mother-in-law called when the flowers were delivered and I could tell from the excitement in her voice that the flowers were beautiful. She was so pleased with them and confirmed the fact that there were indeed beautiful. I really appreciate Hobby Hill Design's care and professionalism and will use them again in the future. Thanks!

I ordered flowers twelve days in advance from an Internet Firm to be delivered for my wifes burial and graveside service. THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. the funeral director called Hobby Hill, and they supplied a bouquet for the service. HOBBY HILL'S HELP EASED THE PAIN OF THE SORROW AND GRIEF I WAS HAVING BECAUSE I WAS TO BURY MY WIFE WITHOUT FLOWERS. AND THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT I am erternally grateful to Hobby Hill for their coming to the rescue when the FTD firm and the other Florist dropped the ball. Words can't even begin to describe how phenomenal the flower arrangements were that you prepared for the wedding. It changed the entire dynamic of the Civic Center and it looked like it was from the show "Platinum weddings" (from WE women's entertainment). All the bouquets were beautiful, especially mine.
